Redwood and Cedar - Cleaned at 1200 psi (recommended setting)

• All items on deck removed.
• All debris cleared.
• Only best quality biodegradable wood cleaner/brightener is applied to wet deck.
• Specially designed adjustable 3500 psi unit with high speed rotating attachment set at exact pressure to remove mold, mildew and dirt from surface.
• Deck powerwashed again to remove any remaining residue.
• deck left to dry.
• light sanding is done to insure no splinters.
• All loose nails and boards secured.
• Deck is ready for staining or waterproofing.
